Product Overview
The Trolley Base Assembly with 2 Swivel Wheels is the primary component in the base assembly for the trolley. The base assembly includes a base frame, base cover, a pair of no lock swivel casters, pair of total lock no swivel casters, fasteners and ESD drag wire. The base frame is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a perfect fit of the base frame in the required assembly. The frame is also E-Coated with resin based epoxy which improves its corrosion and wear resistance. The base cover is made from ABS plastic which has good mechanical properties such as high tensile strength and good impact resistance which ensures a long-life span for the cover. All the parts in the assembly are free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the assembly. The precision ball bearings used in the casters have a better fatigue life. The high-grade materials used for the wheel center and treads of casters ensure a high load carrying capacity.
