Product Specific Terms

Ultrasound probes replacement

The present price for replacement ultrasound probe is only valid subject to the Buyer returning the defective probe to GEHC by handing it over to the courier when the replacement probe is delivered. Should the Buyer fail to return the defective probe, GEHC will charge an additional fee consisting of 50 (fifty) % of the price of the replacement probe.
Replacement probe model ordered by the Buyer shall be the same as the defective probe model. Buyer cannot purchase through this website additional probes or replace its defective probe with another model of a probe even if it is compatible with its equipment model.
GEHC warrants that replacement ultrasound probes are free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage for a period of twelve (12) months from delivery and any claim should be submitted in writing within such period.
When the ultrasound probe is in stock, GEHC will make reasonable efforts to deliver it within a minimum of 2 (two) and maximum of 5 (five) working days. Should the probe not be in stock, the approximate estimated delivery date will be communicated to the Buyer by GEHC upon placement of the order.

Life Care Solutions spare parts

"Life Care Solutions" shall mean equipment from anesthesia, respiratory care, diagnostic cardiology, maternal & infant care, and monitoring solutions families.
"FRU" or "Field Replaceable Unit" shall mean an assembly of spare parts.
Customer is solely responsible for the installation of Life Care Solutions spare parts purchased through this website strictly in accordance with any applicable manufacturer's instructions contained in the user manual, service manual (if available) or any other supporting documentation. GEHC may perform such installation upon Customer's request and for additional fees.

Product Overview

The Power Supply Assembly MAC 5000 RoHS is a power supply unit of having 28 volts and 1 A as output voltage and output currents respectively. The output power the unit is 28 W. This unit is one of the most compactly designed and is medically approved. It has a wide range of AC input which is varying from 85 to 264 VAC. The overload protection ability is excellent and gives protection against short circuiting and output overload. It is factory set with fixed resistors to adjust the voltage to maximize reliability. It gives a maximum efficiency of up to 70%. The input as fuse is designed to blow only if a catastrophic failure occurs. The current leakage is less than 25 microamps. It is UL certified. Its flexibility gives a wide range of inputs makes it available for a wide range of applications. The covers are made up of an ABS material. It has strong impact and heat resistant properties, which protects the power unit form external environments. This power unit is also used in the battery to board and the display assembly of the Mac5500.
