Product Overview
Slotted hex washer head sheet metal screws, have a hex head with a slotted drive. They can be driven with a flat head (slotted) screwdriver, wrench or socket which makes them versatile. The screw is self-tapping, there is no need to drill a pilot hole before using them. This #6-32 X 0.5 inch long screw is made up of zinc plated low carbon steel material which ensures good rust-corrosion resistance along with that the screw's #6-32 coarse threads provides good strength and load bearing capabilities. These screws are heat treated to increase their strength and holding abilities exponentially. It is compatible to be used in the assemblies of GE's Precision 500D and Definium AMX700 X-Ray Systems. The material will be shipped in suitable packaging to give adequate protection during transit.
