Product Overview
This electrical switch is also known as a Mini-Snap Action Switch or Limit switch and frequently known as a Micro Switch. It requires very little force through tipping, a plunger or roller type mechanism for actuation. This Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) 15A micro switch is used as an Anti-Collision Switch to limit the elevation and left-right travel of the lift mechanism in the detector housing assembly. The switches are set on a particular position to control the movement of the lift, as the circuit gets open once the travel limit is reached and a roller actuator is pressed. This switch can be used in GE's X-Ray systems.
