It is manufactured by injection molding using a Delrin 100P NC010 material, which has good toughness and high resistance to repeated impact. The CARESCAPE™ R860 ventilator is designed to provide mechanical ventilation or support to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients weighing 0.25 kg and above. There are no noticeable spots, streaks and bubbles or scratches on the surface. The products excellent surface finish and aesthetic properties makes it an excellent replacement part for many medical applications.
