Product Overview
The Cable Display 2m Remote ARM - VDOT is used in a CARESCAPE™ R860 machine which is part of a respiratory care system. The cable is provided as a part of the display assembly. It is an interface cable containing multiple wires and it is used to connect the rear side of display to the remote arm. It is a flexible cord and is used instead of a round cable to interface the remote arm. The cable is a 300V rated, 24 AWG wire gauge, and twisted pair film/braid shielded cable with 50 conductors with semi rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation as an outer jacket. The connector of the cable is a 50-way 0.05 inch Insulation-Displacement Contact (IDC) wire-mount plug with gold-plated beryllium copper contacts. It is a Mini D Ribbon (MDR) connector with a glass reinforced polyester insulator and black cover. It accommodates 28 AWG stranded and 30 AWG solid wire. These plugs are designed to work with stranded cable and are easy to terminate. The round shielded cables used twisted pair wiring, where two conductors are twisted together to improve electrical noise reduction. The 4-40 screw is the part of the display cable, which is made up of brass material with nickel plated. This display cable is being used in ARC Aestiva 7100, ARC Aespire View, ARC Aisys, ARC Testing Service, MIC Panda™ iRES Warmer, ARC Engstrom Carestation, ARC S/5 Monitor Anesthesia and other respiratory care systems.
